In September 2022, I coordinated the publication 4×4, edited by Emanuel Licha and released on the occasion of the exhibition of the same name at Galerie UQO. This editorial project accompanies and extends the reflections raised by the film Zo Reken, offering a critical analysis of the relationships between the Global North and the Global South through four major thematic axes.

A Critical Discussion Based on Zo Reken
Published in conjunction with the exhibition, 4×4 presents a discussion between Emanuel Licha and authors Maïka Sondarjee and Sabine Lamour, structured around four sequences from the film Zo Reken. Their wide-ranging reflection on the relationships between countries of the Global North and the Global South addresses the themes of the humanitarian logistics hub, the “white dilemma,” intransigent patriarchy, and the significance of community.
A Book as a Tool for Critical Reflection
This publication is situated both within the framework of the exhibition 4×4 – Ceci n’est pas une voiture by Emanuel Licha, presented at Galerie UQO from September 21 to October 29, 2022, and within a broader series of publications that bring together contributors from diverse disciplinary fields to engage in dialogue on the institutional and artistic issues that shape Galerie UQO.
