Academic Journey and Profile

Conducted as a joint program between France and Canada, my interdisciplinary dissertation explores the survival of the living in photography. This research examines the boundaries between the human and the object through an approach that blends aesthetics, anthropology, and philosophy.

My two Master’s degrees, in Art History and Philosophy, provided me with the opportunity to delve into innovative themes such as the relationships between prosthetics and corporeality. I also analyzed the photographic mannequin as an artistic object, positioned at the intersection of aesthetics and symbolism.

My Bachelor’s degree in Art History laid the foundation for a rigorous analytical approach, enriched by a Summer School in Ireland. These early studies deepened my understanding of artistic practices and cultural influences while paving the way for my future research.
