My Artistic Engagement Journey at the University of Grenoble Alpes and Atelier du 8 (2014 – 2015)

During the 2014-2015 academic year, I had the enriching opportunity to get involved in the artistic scene at the University of Grenoble Alpes as a member of the student association Eve. This experience allowed me to organize various events such as artistic cafés, workshops, and exhibitions, providing a space for expression and creativity for the student community.

Creation of Artistic Spaces at the University

As an active member of the Eve association, I contributed to the organization of several initiatives aimed at promoting arts and culture within the university. One of the most notable projects was the establishment of artistic cafés, monthly meetings where students and professors could gather to discuss art over coffee, thus enriching our academic environment with an important cultural and social dimension.

Curatorial and Cultural Mediation at Atelier du 8

Alongside my involvement at the university, I also served as an exhibition curator and guide at Atelier du 8, a dynamic artistic space in Grenoble. This role allowed me to work directly with local and international artists, organizing exhibitions that highlighted contemporary works and innovative creations. As a guide, I had the pleasure of leading tours, sharing my passion and knowledge of art with a diverse audience, from art experts to curious novices.

Personal and Professional Impact

These experiences have deeply marked me and played a crucial role in my professional development. They not only allowed me to develop skills in cultural project management and artistic mediation but also sharpened my ability to work in teams and communicate with a diverse public. Furthermore, they reinforced my belief in the value of art as a vehicle for dialogue and cultural exchange.

My involvement in these associative and volunteer activities has been an essential part of my journey at the University of Grenoble Alpes and at Atelier du 8. It enriched both my academic and professional life, offering me valuable opportunities for growth, networking, and community impact. These experiences remain some of the most formative and inspiring of my career.
