In September 2023, alongside Juliette Bessette and Nicolas Ballet, I co-directed issue 164 of “Les Cahiers du Musée national d’art moderne” (The Notebooks of the National Museum of Modern Art) titled “Corps modifiés sous influence technologique” (Modified Bodies under Technological Influence). This publication explores the transformations of the body through technological advancements and their artistic, philosophical, and societal implications.

A Number Dedicated to the Interactions between Body and Technology
This issue examines how technologies influence representations and perceptions of the body in contemporary art. Among the main topics discussed:
- Body modifications related to biomedical advancements and prosthetics.
- The influence of digital technology and artificial intelligence on body perception.
- Artistic practices that question the hybridization between human and machine.
My Role as Co-Director of the Publication
In this editorial project, I contributed to:
- Developing the theoretical and editorial framework of the issue.
- Coordinating the selection of contributions.
- Reviewing and structuring the articles.
- Promoting and disseminating the issue to academic and artistic communities.
Impact and Perspectives
This project provided critical insights into body transformations in the technological era and opened perspectives on the future of interactions between humans and machines. It is part of an interdisciplinary research dynamic that intersects arts, sciences, and humanities.
