In 2014-2015, I had the opportunity to complete an internship as a visual arts and art history teacher at Lycée Pierre du Terrail. This enriching experience allowed me to share my passion for art with students from sophomore to senior year, adapting my teaching to their levels and specificities.

Educational Objectives and Teaching Approach
My goal was to introduce students to various artistic techniques while encouraging them to develop critical thinking about art. To achieve this, I implemented a dynamic and participatory approach focused on several key aspects:
- Artistic Discovery and Exploration: Experimentation with different techniques such as painting, drawing, collage, photography (digital and analog), and video.
- Technical Mastery and Creativity: Encouraging experimentation and skill refinement through individual and group projects.
- Critical and Historical Reflection: Connecting students’ artistic practices with major art movements.
- Artwork Analysis and Commentary: Developing analytical skills and structured writing on artworks.
Methodology and Content Covered
I structured my teaching by combining lectures, practical sessions, and oral presentations, fostering interaction and mutual support among students.
Practical Courses in Visual Arts
- Exploration of different mediums and techniques.
- Creation of individual and group artistic projects.
- Experimentation with composition, color, and texture.

Impact and Lessons Learned
This internship allowed me to refine my teaching skills and adapt my methods to diverse student profiles. I was able to measure the impact of my teaching through student engagement and their progress in understanding and practicing art.
Sharing my passion for art through teaching was an especially rewarding experience. This experience strengthened my interest in pedagogy and artistic mediation, aspects I continue to explore and develop in my professional journey.
