In March 2023, alongside Quentin Petit Dit Duhal, I co-directed a special anniversary issue of the journal “Ex_situ” titled “Exposer des corporéités hors normes” (Exposing Non-Normative Corporealities). This publication interrogates representations of the body in exhibitions and contemporary artistic practices, highlighting critical reflections on body norms and their transcendence.

A Magazine Committed to Critical Reflection
“Ex_situ” is a platform dedicated to questioning museology, mediation, and exhibitions. Through this special issue, we explored:
- The placement of atypical and marginalized bodies in exhibitions.
- How artistic practices redefine bodily norms.
- The ethical and political stakes linked to the representation of non-normative corporealities.
My Role as Co-Director of the Publication
In this editorial project, my responsibilities included:
- Coordinating contributions and structuring editorial content.
- Participating in the review and editing of texts.
- Ensuring thematic coherence and the relevance of the analyses presented.
- Promoting the publication and contributing to its dissemination.
Impact and Perspectives
This project has enhanced the visibility of critical reflections on body representation in exhibition spaces. It is part of a process of deconstructing norms and opening up to more inclusive museological approaches.
