During the 2017-2018 academic year, I had the opportunity to work as an art history tutor at the University of Grenoble Alpes. This enriching experience allowed me to support students in their learning, refine my teaching methods, and strengthen my expertise in transmitting knowledge in art history.

Personalized Support
As a tutor, my role was to help students develop their analytical and critical skills in art history, providing them with appropriate methodological tools. The tutoring sessions aimed to consolidate their knowledge of artistic movements, painting and sculpture techniques, as well as major theoretical issues related to aesthetics and the philosophy of art.
A Varied and Interactive Program
The content of the sessions was designed to offer both theoretical and practical approaches:
- Artwork Analysis: in-depth study of paintings, sculptures, and emblematic installations from Antiquity to contemporary art.
- Discussions and Debates: exploration of major aesthetic theories and their application to different artistic movements.
- Methodological Exercises: assistance with writing commentary on artworks, critical analysis, and art history dissertations.
- Exam Preparation: support in structuring answers, time management, and clarity of arguments.

A Positive Impact on Students
Student feedback highlighted the usefulness of the sessions for their academic progress. By fostering a participatory and adaptive pedagogy, I was able to help them strengthen their self-confidence and improve their understanding of fundamental concepts in art history.
A Formative Experience for My Career
This experience has been decisive in my academic and professional journey. It allowed me to deepen my teaching skills and develop a pedagogical approach adapted to diverse audiences. Today, this tutoring year still influences the way I design art history education, emphasizing interaction, transmission, and the development of critical thinking.
This experience reflects my commitment to the dissemination of artistic knowledge and my interest in supporting students in their education and understanding of art history.
